Depends on the size of your mug of course. I will put a variation for small-big mugs.
Mix all the ingredients together in the mug. Make sure you fruit is spread around your cup.
Pop into the microwave for 45 seconds-2 minutes. Again, this depends on the size of your mug. If your mug looks like it going to overflow… Open the microwave, let it rest a few seconds and start cooking again!!!
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Oats
- 1 Egg
- Honey (for sweetness, I do not use any, but you could)
- Splash of Vanilla
- Splash of Milk-1/4 Cup (I prefer Unsweetened Almond Milk)
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Berries or a banana (I’ve even used frozen berries before!)
