Monday Mornings are for Bars

Last night I was in the mood to do a little baking after we got home from a family gathering.  Considering we only have a few more weeks of summer (before school starts) I wanted to take advantage of staying up past 10 pm!    I found THIS homemade Peanut Butter & Honey Bars & almost ate all of them last night!  Opps! Lola had them for breakfast this morning and I will have them as my morning snack. Packed full of protein!


Below is a list of bars that we have been enjoying in our home lately!  It is easier to have my links here than on Instagram (@mama.vandeventer) account.

Peanut Butter & Honey Bars– These bars are more like granola bars that you would buy at the store.  They are tightly packed together and richer tasting.  Very peanut buttery for the peanut butter lovers out there!

Pumpkin Protein Oat Bars– If you have been following my Instagram account (@mama.vandeventer) you know that I have been getting pumped for Fall.  I have been trying out some pumpkin recipes that I enjoy.  This is a great & healthy pumpkin bar! These are a much more cake type bar.

Banana Oatmeal Bars– These are the bars we have been making weekly at the end of every week with our very ripe bananas.  They are a hit and are perfect topped with peanut butter!
